Account Registration and Management
2.1 Eligibility for Registration
To open an account on pivip, you must meet the following requirements:
- You must be at least 21 years of age.
- You will operate the account in your own name and for your own benefit.
- You do not already have an active pivip account.
- You have not voluntarily excluded yourself or been excluded through the platform.
- All information provided at the time of registration is true, accurate, and complete.
2.2 Single Account Rule
Each user may hold only one pivip account. Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account is strictly prohibited. Violating this rule will result in all accounts being closed and balances may be forfeited.
2.3 Identity Verification
pivip may request documents for identity verification at any time. Withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete. If accurate information is not provided or you do not cooperate with verification, your account will be suspended.
2.4 Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials (password and username) confidential. If any unauthorized access to your account occurs, notify pivip support immediately.
Deposit and Withdrawal Rules
3.1 Accepted Payment Methods
The following methods are currently available for deposits and withdrawals on pivip:

- Bank transfer (major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank)
3.2 Minimum Limits
The minimum deposit amount across all methods is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.
3.3 Source of Funds
You confirm that the funds deposited come from a lawful source and are your own money. Using another person's credit/debit card or mobile banking account to make a deposit is strictly prohibited.
3.4 Rejection and Verification
pivip reserves the right to suspend or reject any transaction it deems suspicious. Full KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may be required before a withdrawal is processed.
Bonus and Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New users will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500. Depositing ৳12,000 or more gives the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, for a total balance of ৳20,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15x, calculated on the bonus amount only (not on the deposit and bonus combined). Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = ৳22,500 must be wagered before bonus winnings become withdrawable.
4.3 General Bonus Rules
- The same promotion cannot be claimed more than once on a single account.
- Wagering requirements must be met before the bonus expires.
- If an account is closed while a bonus is active, the bonus balance will be forfeited.
- pivip reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.
- If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the account may be suspended.
4.4 VIP Program
pivip offers three VIP tiers: Bronze (up to 0.4% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.8% weekly cashback), and Gold (up to 1.2% weekly cashback). Progression to a higher tier depends on consistent participation on the platform. VIP benefits are subject to change at pivip's discretion.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pivip platform:
5.1 Fraudulent Activities
- Creating an account using a false identity or false information.
- Abusing bonuses or exploiting system vulnerabilities.
- Collusion (coordinating with other players to influence outcomes).
- Match fixing or betting on predetermined results.
- Using automated tools or bots to play.
5.2 Financial Misconduct
- Attempting to launder money or transfer funds illegally.
- Attempting to recover funds through credit card chargebacks.
- Using another person's account or payment method.
5.3 Consequences
If any of the above violations occur, pivip reserves the right to permanently close the account, forfeit the balance, and take legal action if necessary.
Privacy and Personal Data
6.1 Data Collection
pivip uses information collected at registration (name, email, phone number, date of birth, etc.) for the purposes of providing services, verifying identity, and ensuring security. Personal data is not sold to third parties.
